From the DETEL Wireless NOC,  administrators constantly monitor, remotely adjust and control all components of the wired and wireless networks at any given moment, in real-time.  If a unit fails, the failure is detected immediately and a field technician is dispatched, usually before the customer realizes there's a problem.

Our customers also get a direct dial number for our NOC, so when there's a problem, all you have to dial is our phone number, we'll take care of the rest. Customers can also receive weekly or monthly status reports on their connectivity and bandwidth usage and can even have online real-time access to the status of their network!
